Abstract (English):
Stat'ya posvyaschena ispol'zovaniyu kompetentnostnogo podhoda v praktike upravleniya chelovecheskimi resursami gostinichnyh predpriyatiy. Dannaya problematika obsuzhdaetsya i osveschaetsya na mnogochislennyh HR-forumah, ey regulyarno posvyaschayutsya vsevozmozhnye issledovaniya i publikacii v specializirovannyh i profil'nyh sredstvah massovoy informacii. Nesmotrya na vozrastayuschuyu populyarnost' i vostrebovannost' kompetentnostnogo podhoda, imeyut mesto raznochteniya v ponyatiynom apparate, vse esche ne naydena tochka otscheta, otnositel'no kotoroy mozhno ocenivat' razlichnye podhody v opredelenii i ispol'zovanii kompetentnostnogo podhoda. Kompetentnostnyy podhod kak HR-tehnologiya poluchila razvitie v Rossii na osnove zarubezhnoy teorii i praktiki. Odnako obespechenie otechestvennyh predpriyatiy i organizaciy kompetentnymi kadrami stanovitsya vse bolee nastoyatel'noy potrebnost'yu i odnoy iz osnovnyh zadach razvitiya i povysheniya konkurentosposobnosti rossiyskoy ekonomiki. Nasyschenie rynka turistskimi uslugami (uslugami gostepriimstva) v stranah s razvitoy ekonomikoy privelo k neobhodimosti osuschestvleniya novyh innovacionnyh podhodov k upravleniyu personalom predpriyatiy etoy sfery deyatel'nosti, baziruyuschihsya na kompetentnostnom podhode. V stat'e analiziruetsya ispol'zovanie modeli kompetenciy v praktike rossiyskih kompaniy, nosyaschee neuteshitel'nyy harakter. Dlya effektivnogo ispol'zovaniya i razvitiya professional'nyh kompetenciy rabotnikov gostinichnyh predpriyatiy, s cel'yu nakopleniya personalom znaniy i opyta, sposobnostey sozdavat' unikal'nye biznes-processy i tehnologii obsluzhivaniya gostey, rassmotrena koncepciya Guest Touch Line(r). Na osnovanii ispol'zovaniya dannogo instrumenta predlozhen variant profilya kompetenciya dlya menedzhera guest relation gostinichnogo predpriyatiya. V stat'e rassmotreno ispol'zovanie kompetentnostnogo podhoda v obuchenii i razvitii personala gostinichnyh predpriyatiy, kotoroe konkretizirovano s uchetom general'noy strategii predpriyatiya. Oboznacheno tri sposoba upravleniya kar'eroy personala gostinichnogo predpriyatiya. Predlozheno rassmotret' organizaciyu professional'nogo obucheniya personala gostinicy kak kompleksnyy nepreryvnyy process, vklyuchayuschiy sovokupnost' organizacionno-ekonomicheskih meropriyatiy v oblasti povysheniya kvalifikacii i rosta professional'nogo masterstva biznes-iniciiruyuschey kategorii personala (oboznachen poshagovyy algoritm raboty po organizacii obucheniya personala gostinicy). Takzhe rassmotreny sistemy voznagrazhdeniya personala gostinichnyh predpriyatiy na osnove ucheta kompetenciy.
