Abstract (English):
The author proposes a consulting conception aimed at improving the performance of technology intensive computer-integrated automated lines, considers a management-related model for operating expenses reduction, a model of critical types of expenditure, a methodology for operating expenses reduction, and identifies the principal risks the project involves.

Теоретической основой формирования концепции консалтинговых услуг по оптимизации работы автоматизированных производств может служить научное наследие советского ученого Г.П. Щедровицкого, в частности лекции [9].В этих лекциях заявлено: «Фактически, организатор, руководитель или управляющий должен всегда исхитриться и придумать нечто такое – в данном случае это звучит гротескно. Это системотехнический подход»  [9]. При этом системотехнику можно определить и как науку о формировании связей (отношений) и управлении ими. Согласно [7] системотехника – деятельность по стыковке и интеграции частей инженерной системы в целое.
